My fee schedule is listed below. While I do not file insurance, my receipts contain the necessary documentation, codes, etc. for you to submit to your insurance company. These fees are subject to change. I accept cash and checks. There is a $25 return check fee. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Once an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for you. Unless there is an unexpected illness or major family emergency, the regular fee will apply. If 24-hour notice is received, there will be no charge.
